To ensure a smooth refund process, please ensure the following:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product must remain in its original packaging (including the case, cleaning cloth, and any tags).
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please Note: Items returned in a damaged or used condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Exchanges (Defects or Errors)
If you received a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or simply the wrong model, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
